A Travellerspoint blog

RAIN - RAIN - RAIN We have been most lucky not a drop of rain here in the San Juan mountains for over a week. But today made up for it. It was raining hard when we awoke and continued most of the day. The rain was needed as the forest was getting dangerously dry and the dust on the roads was getting thick. Did some last minute shopping and then in the evening we and several others in the park and the town went to the Brown Bear cafe for a birthday dinner for Sig (she and her husband own the Silver Summit RV Park).
