7 August, Sunday

Leaving Missoula we are headed for West Yellowstone. Made a quick stop at Costco, across the street from rv park, and then on to I-90.
This is one of the few times we have taken or will take an interstate road. Have traveled this road several times and it is a beautiful drive.
Stopping at Whitehall to top off fuel we then headed south to West Yellowstone. The weather looks threatening but no rain is coming down.
At we approach our destination we notice the road is very wet and large puddles along the side. Checking in at Grizzly RV Park they ask how our drive thru the rain was. Told them we only had a few drops. They had heavy rain for an hour, including hail, thunder and lightning. Did get some gently rain later in the evening.

We will be at West Yellowstone for 3 days and there may not be a daily update.
